What should I wear?
Pilates is usually practised in socks or bare feet. Stretchy rather than baggy clothing is preferable so we can see you move and identify corrections and modifications if necessary.
I have an injury, what should I do?

I am unable to attend my class
We know it's not always possible to get to your booked class. We have a great 'class exchange system' - just take a look at our class swap page.
