Life turned upside down in 2020, and for a long time we turned to Zoom for all of our Pilates classes.
We love being back in the studio, but we know some of you found Zoom classes a really convenient way to exercise, so we’ve decided to keep them going.
If you’d rather join us on Zoom than in the studio, just check our class programme for our dedicated Zoom classes. They’re run separately to our studio sessions, and we keep classes to a maximum of [X] people, so our instructors can give everyone plenty of individual attention.
Getting ready for your Zoom class
Once you book a block of classes, we’ll send you all the login details you need to join each week. It really helps us if you can log in a couple of minutes early, so we can let everyone into the meeting on time and get things started.
Make sure you’ve got plenty of space around you so you can do the exercises safely, and check your camera ’s turned on so we can see you and help you improve.
