Pilates Plus

We want you to find a class you’re comfortable with, so before you book, take a look at our class guide and give us a quick ring to check you’ve found the right one for you.

Level 1: Beginner

If you’re new to Pilates, this is the best place to start. It’s a gentle beginners’ class, where you’ll get familiar with the core principles and exercises, learn about your posture and find out which areas you need to work on.

Level 2: Improver

Once you’ve done a block of beginners’ lessons with us, or somewhere else, these classes are a great way to move on. They’re designed for people who are still relatively new to Pilates, but are starting to feel more confident and ready for the next step.

Level 3: Steady

Our steady classes are great if you’ve done Pilates before but – maybe for health, age or injury reasons – you don’t want to progress to an intermediate or advanced class. We’ll take things steady, with lots of gentle stretching and mobility work.

Level 4: Intermediate

If you’ve got a good Pilates background, you feel comfortable with the exercises and you’re happy to work at a reasonable pace, you might like to try our intermediate classes. We can help you work around any minor injuries or health issues, while still making good progress.

Level 5: Advanced

If you’ve been doing Pilates for a long time, you’re confident with the principles and you’re injury-free, our fast-paced advanced classes are a great way to keep challenging yourself and improving your technique.
